Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice or be eligible for license.
• Must possess or be eligible for a CCC from ASHA or ASHA Clinical Fellow eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, students and support personnel per state licensure and professional standards.
• Maintain timely clinical and billing documentation and participate in required meetings.
• Deliver outpatient rehabilitation services in home and facility settings and adapt plans of care to patient needs.
