Riverside Community Care is seeking providers for its Shared Living program in the Waltham area of Massachusetts. The role involves welcoming adults with developmental disabilities into your home for long-term, in-home placement and assisting with daily living and community integration.

The provider family will be supported throughout the placement, with training and ongoing guidance. Pay is stipend-based, determined by the Massachusetts DDS based on the individual's level of need.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, social and engaging activities for individuals with cognitive disabilities.
• Assist with meal preparation, transportation to medical appointments and medication administration.
• Help with community integration and daily living in a family home setting.
