Riverside Community Care is seeking compassionate individuals or families in MA to participate in our Shared Living program. You would welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home and community life, providing a stable, engaging day-to-day environment.

Training and on-going support are provided by Riverside, and the goal is to foster independence through meaningful relationships and community participation while ensuring safety and respect in the home setting.

Qualifications

• No formal experience necessary; training provided.
• Requires compassion and willingness to integrate into a family home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Support daily living in a family home.
