Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking providers in the Waltham area to participate in our Shared Living program. You would host an adult with developmental disabilities in your home, helping with daily activities while fostering independence and community inclusion.

Stipend-based pay according to Massachusetts DDS guidelines is offered, with training and ongoing support from Riverside to ensure safe, respectful, and engaging care within your family setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to provide in-home care and social engagement.
• Ability to follow care plans with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals and transportation to appointments.
• Support daily living activities in a family home.
• Collaborate with Riverside staff for resident wellbeing.
