Qualifications

• Background checks required for all applicants (initial and annual), including Criminal, APS/CPS, and Sex Offender histories.
• Completion of required trainings provided by Prime Home.
• Proof of Auto Insurance and Homeowners/Renters Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support for an individual with a disability in your own home.
• Assist with skill development to promote independence.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Manage behavioral issues and ensure safety through safeguards and regulations.
