BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a Full-Time role serving Anne Arundel County, Maryland. This field position delivers rehabilitative care to seniors in their homes, within a few communities, avoiding long commutes.

You will join a multidisciplinary team to provide skilled therapy, manage care plans, educate families, and document outcomes using EMR technology. Eligibility requires Maryland PT licensure and an APTA-approved program.

Formación

• Maryland PT license required.
• Graduate of APTA-approved PT program or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, balance, and safety.
• Implement wound care interventions using evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including manual therapy and gait training.
• Assess and revise the PT care plan with nursing in multidisciplinary team.
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a state-of-the-art EMR.
