Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its team in Severna Park, MD, and seeks licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver high-impact, one-on-one care to older adults in homes or senior living communities.

You’ll build individualized plans, develop evidence-based treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life, with flexible scheduling and occasional telehealth options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in Maryland or eligibility to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech pathology services to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Develop individualized plans of care and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Document sessions in FOX’s EMR in accordance with standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists to coordinate care.
