Home Instead in Montgomery County, PA is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors. You will build trusted relationships with clients, offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and ensure safety during visits.

Role requires driving to client homes in the greater Philadelphia area, with a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle. Benefits include training, paid holidays, and opportunities for ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three professional references.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate caregiving to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, and incontinence support.
• 24/7 team support available.
