Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Treasure Coast South in Jupiter, FL seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide or CNA to support seniors in their own homes, helping them maintain dignity and independence. You will assist with daily living, medication reminders, mobility and transfers, provide companionship, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to meet each client’s needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• 3+ years experience with clients suffering from dimentia, Parkinson's, and/or other progressive age-related conditions

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
