Responsibilities

• Provide incontinence care management as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress in the home.
• Prepare healthy meals and assist with dining.
• Offer medication reminders to ensure adherence.
• Support safety through memory care assistance.
• Assist with prescribed physical therapy exercises as directed.
