Senior Helpers of Spring Hill is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes throughout Citrus County and surrounding areas. You will provide personalized care, assist with daily living activities, and offer companionship to improve quality of life for clients.

The role emphasizes empathy, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills to tailor care to each senior’s needs. Training and development opportunities are available in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Caring and Compassionate—you enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance a Plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up
