Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, or nursing assistance is REQUIRED.

• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
• Florida Level 2 background screening background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist home care clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assist home care clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities.
• Complete thorough and proper personal care documentation for all client shifts.
• Prompt arrival for all scheduled client shifts and training.
• On-time completion of all required training courses.
