Job summary

Right at Home Southern Oregon is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide in-home support that helps seniors and vulnerable adults live safely and independently in their own homes across Medford and the Rogue Valley.

You will assist with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and safe transportation while following individual care plans and documenting care notes in our mobile app.

Qualifications

• Background check required prior to employment.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and fluent in English.
• Previous caregiving experience welcomed but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor safety.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Ensure safety supervision and peaceful care.
• Follow individual care plans and document daily notes using our mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
