Job summary

Right at Home Southern Oregon is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities across Medford and surrounding Rogue Valley communities. You will perform personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship, while following care plans and documenting notes.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Offer companionship, conversation and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Ensure safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Document daily care notes using the mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
