Happier At Home is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Northeast Iowa. This part-time role offers flexible hours, one-on-one client relationships, and a chance to make a meaningful difference in your community.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, ensuring safety, and providing companionship to improve clients’ quality of life. A referral bonus is offered for every caregiver you refer who joins the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to seniors and support daily living activities.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and well-being of clients.
• Offer companionship and engage clients through meaningful interactions.
