Job summary

Happier At Home in Northeast Iowa is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors. You’ll build meaningful, one-on-one relationships and help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year caregiving experience.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain safety at home.
• Support independence and comfort for clients.
