Job summary

Right at Home Southern Oregon is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes across the Rogue Valley, including Medford. You will perform personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders while following individualized care plans and documenting daily notes in our mobile app.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
