Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to help seniors and adults remain safe and independent at home in Medford, Oregon.

You'll provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship, while following care plans and documenting visits in our app. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, weekly pay, retirement plan options, referral bonuses, ongoing training, and a supportive team.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in‑home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively withoureffice team.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
