Job summary

RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based OT services in the student’s home in West Chester, PA. The 13-week assignment includes 1x60-minute sessions per week plus 60-minute consults monthly, with in-home sessions and mileage reimbursement.

Required: pediatric/school experience, PA OT license (or eligibility), and clearances. Collaboration with educational teams is essential to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania OT license or eligibility.
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police background check, FBI fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based OT evaluations and provide direct therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide sensory strategies and environmental adaptations to support participation.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and required records per regulations.
