BNB One Day Bath in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative. You will meet with homeowners to present bath remodeling solutions, design and price custom baths, and close sales using our iPad-based system.

This outside sales role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions and bonuses. Responsibilities include presenting, designing, pricing, and converting leads while delivering top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local service area.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday Availability Required

Compensation: $400–$500 weekly base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses

About The Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs and budget. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll design, present, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an outside sales position with unlimited earning potential for driven, goal-oriented individuals.
