BNB One Day Bath in Downers Grove, IL seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, design bath solutions, and close sales. This outside sales role offers a $400–$500 weekly base plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with pre-qualified leads and ongoing sales training.

Responsibilities include presenting, designing, pricing, and closing deals while delivering excellent customer service. Flexible schedule and growth potential are available.

Qualifications

Compensation: $400–$500 weekly base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs and budget. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll design, present, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an outside sales position with unlimited earning potential for driven, goal-oriented individuals.
