New Bath Today in San Antonio, TX is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative. This full-time, outside sales role offers a commission-based compensation model with earnings of $100,000 to $150,000+ per year.

About The Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them design the perfect bath remodeling solution for their needs. This is a rewarding outside sales opportunity where you’ll utilize industry-leading technology and proven sales systems to guide customers through the remodeling process from consultation to close.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home remodeling, home improvement, or construction sales experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally throughout the San Antonio area
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable using technology, including tablets and sales software
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a winning team culture
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
