Job summary

Window World in Elizabethtown, KY seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to present solutions and secure customer agreements for exterior remodeling products. You will manage pre-scheduled in-home appointments and guide customers through a personalized close process.

Earn competitive commissions with no cap, and participate in training and team meetings as you build relationships with homeowners. Veterans and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to quickly connect with anyone in any environment.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous sales experience preferred; open to recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

Purpose of Position

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners by delivering the Window World sales method to present solutions, build trust, and secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

What You’ll Do

• Run company-provided, pre-scheduled in-home appointments in Elizabethtown market
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• Provide clear, itemized quotes and explain flexible financing options
• Availability to run sales appointments Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• In-home consultations typically run about 2 hours each
• Participate in team meetings and training
