Ram Jack Foundation Solutions is seeking an energetic In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners address foundation and waterproofing concerns. This is a full-time role based in Wilmington, NC, with company-generated leads and a strong commission structure.

You will meet homeowners at scheduled appointments, evaluate needs, and present proposals using company software. A successful candidate has 3+ years in construction/home services sales and is comfortable traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction sales, home services sales, or in-home sales.
• Foundation repair or waterproofing sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel to homeowner appointments with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
• Perform foundation evaluations and prepare proposals using company software and tools
• Follow established sales procedures, pricing guidelines, and closing strategies
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
• Secure deposits and coordinate with operations and production teams
• Generate additional opportunities through networking and relationship-building efforts
• Represent the Ram Jack brand professionally at all times
