Inaugural Home Improvement is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design bath remodeling solutions in their homes using our iPad-based system.

This outside sales role offers strong earning potential with base pay plus commission; on-target earnings of $80,000–$100,000+ annually, plus ongoing training and career growth.

Pay & Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission Structure(performance-based)


• On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality products directly in the customer’s home.
