Rose Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will meet with homeowners, present customized bath remodeling solutions, and guide customers from consultation to close in their homes.

This role offers a commission-based structure with high earning potential and uncapped commissions. Training and leadership support are provided to help you succeed and grow your career.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required; home improvement or remodeling sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales software.
