Rose Remodeling is seeking a driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will meet with homeowners in their homes, assess remodeling goals, and present customized bath renovation solutions to guide decisions from consultation to close.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and a signing bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required; home improvement or remodeling sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling needs and goals
• Conduct professional in-home consultations and sales presentations
• Create customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each customer’s vision and budget
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Effectively communicate product benefits, options, and project details
