Rose Remodeling is seeking a driven and customer-focused In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized bath renovation solutions, and guide customers from consultation to close.

This is a commission-only role with earnings potential of $120,000–$350,000+ annually, a $5,000 signing bonus eligibility, paid training, pre-qualified leads, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Travel to appointments is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required; home improvement or remodeling sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach.

Responsabilités
