LBT of Oklahoma City is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We provide homeowners with premium bath remodeling solutions and supply pre-qualified, company-generated appointments—no cold calling.

As a driven sales professional, you will meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations, present customized designs, and close deals with high commissions. Commission-only with unlimited earning potential supports a six-figure income.

What You’ll Do

• Close sales during the appointment.

• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to sharpen your skills.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Comfortable using technology, including tablets and sales software.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
