Signature Bath of Central PA is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and present luxury bath remodeling solutions.

This outside sales role uses an iPad-based design system to design concepts, educate clients on premium features, and guide decisions toward a purchase, with commission-based earnings and significant growth potential.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the trusted advisor for homeowners, meeting with pre-qualified customers to understand their needs and present customized luxury bath remodeling solutions.

This is an outside sales opportunity where you will use advanced technology, including our iPad-based design system, to create personalized presentations, provide expert recommendations, and guide customers through their remodeling decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Previous in-home sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience in luxury sales, home improvement, or remodeling is a plus
• Professional appearance and confident public speaking abilities
• Reliable transportation and availability to serve customers throughout Central Pennsylvania
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented
