Job summary

Clear Choice Remodeling is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will meet with qualified homeowners, present customized bath remodeling and window solutions, and guide them through the decision and install process.

This outside sales role offers a commission-based pay structure with unlimited earning potential, health/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, and ongoing training. Flexible schedule and local travel are supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-home or high-ticket sales.
• Home improvement experience preferred (bath, windows, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to design and price solutions.
• Present bath remodeling and window solutions.

About The Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of Clear Choice Remodeling, meeting with qualified homeowners to understand their needs, present customized solutions, and guide them through the remodeling process.

This outside sales position gives you the opportunity to use advanced technology, create professional presentations, and provide homeowners with solutions that improve their living spaces.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized designs
• Present bath remodeling and window solutions based on customer needs
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales
• Maintain customer information and follow company sales processes
• Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your skills and maximize performance

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in in-home sales or high-ticket sales
• Home improvement experience preferred (bath, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, or similar industries)
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service abilities
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
