Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts, a leading home remodeling company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to drive sales of premium Jacuzzi Bath Remodel offerings. Earn uncapped commissions with pre-scheduled appointments, supported by an award-winning culture and robust training.

You will conduct personalized in-home consultations, demonstrate luxury products, and guide customers through financing options while coordinating with installation teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations, providing tailored bath remodeling solutions
• Engage customers through product demonstrations, following our proven sales approach
• Complete paperwork accurately and assist customers with financing options
• Collaborate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)

You’ll be a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (preferred)
• Excel at one-call close sales
• Are available for evening and weekend appointments
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Can comfortably lift/move items (sample bags) up to 25 lbs
• Have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Are driven, competitive, and motivated by exceeding sales targets
