Bath & Cabinet Experts in Indiana is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join our award-winning team. You’ll meet homeowners, present Jacuzzi Bath Remodel solutions, and close sales with our provided leads.

This role offers uncapped earning potential, pre-scheduled appointments, and comprehensive sales training. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with the ability to lift bags up to 25 lbs, and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer setting.
• Able to close sales with a single meeting and strong presentation skills.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations and tailor bath remodeling solutions.
• Demonstrate products and guide customers through the sales process.
• Complete paperwork and assist customers with financing options.
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend regular team meetings and trainings (virtual and in-person).

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations, providing tailored bath remodeling solutions
• Engage customers through product demonstrations, following our proven sales approach
• Complete paperwork accurately and assist customers with financing options
• Collaborate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)

You’ll be a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (preferred)
• Excel at one-call close sales
• Are available for evening and weekend appointments
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Can comfortably lift/move items (sample bags) up to 25 lbs
• Have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Are driven, competitive, and motivated by exceeding sales targets
