Job summary

Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is seeking In-Home Design Consultants in Houston, TX, to present patio enclosure options directly to customers in their homes. The role features warm, pre-set appointments and no cold calling, with a training period and uncapped commission potential.

You'll receive structured coaching, participate in a fast-growing sales team, and have opportunities for leadership as you demonstrate success with qualified leads and customer-focused presentations.

Qualifications

• No cold calling – warm leads provided daily.
• In-home sales experience or strong customer-facing skills preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations to educate customers and build trust.
• Identify customer needs and use the company’s proven sales presentation to close sales.
• Negotiate and close the sale while representing the company professionally.
