Job summary

GDI is seeking In-Home Design Consultants to deliver personalized patio enclosure solutions. You will present in customers' homes, identify needs, and close sales using a proven presentation. Training is provided, and leads are pre-set with no cold calling.

Earn high commissions with uncapped earning potential; top reps reach $150K+. Company-paid training starts at $800/week, with paths for leadership and growth within a fast-growing home improvement team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to business needs.
