Job summary

Westside Shower & Bath is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, assess needs, and present bath remodeling solutions in the Atlanta metro area. You will conduct professional in-home presentations and close sales using company tools to design customized options.

The role offers commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential, pre-qualified leads, and ongoing coaching. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities are provided as part of a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable meeting with homeowners and closing sales.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Experience in home improvement or remodeling is a plus.

Westside Shower & Bath, Location: Atlanta Metro Area, GA (and surrounding areas); Earning Potential: $100,000–$150,000+ annually (Commission-Based)

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solutions

• Present pricing options and close sales
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to project completion
