Job summary

Westside Shower & Bath is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative for the Atlanta Metro Area, GA and surrounding areas. Earn $100,000–$150,000+ annually on a commission-based structure by meeting homeowners in their homes and presenting bath remodeling solutions.

You will use company tools to design customized options, present pricing, close sales, and provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to project completion. Flexible schedule and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet with homeowners in their homes and present design options.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage a schedule.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solutions
• Conduct professional in-home presentations
• Use company-provided tools and technology to create customized designs
• Present pricing options and close sales
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to project completion
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
• Comfortable meeting with homeowners and closing sales
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to manage your schedule and work independently
