Job summary

Luxury Bath of San Antonio is seeking a results-driven In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in the San Antonio area and present bath remodeling solutions.

As the face of the company, you’ll guide customers from consultation to close, using our iPad-based sales system, design software, and proven process to deliver stylish, affordable baths while earning based on performance with unlimited potential.

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This outside sales position combines relationship-building, design consultation, and closing skills to help homeowners transform their spaces.

Using our industry-leading technology and proven sales process, you'll guide customers from consultation to installation while building a highly rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with company-provided, pre-qualified homeowners.
• Utilize our design software to create customized bath remodeling solutions.

• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continually improve performance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in home remodeling, construction, or home improvement sales is a strong plus.
