Job summary

A home improvement company in Appleton is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to engage with potential clients and demonstrate products. This role offers the opportunity for uncapped earnings, supported by a base salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive training. Ideal candidates will have a sales background and a strong motivation to exceed goals. The position includes scheduled appointments with clients, eliminating cold-calling. Qualifications

• Experience in In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales preferred.
• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
• Must be able to attend a one-time training session in Madison, WI.

About the Role

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self‑motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one‑time training session in Madison, WI
