Rose Remodeling is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will meet with homeowners, present customized bath renovation solutions, and guide customers from consultation to close in a consultative environment.

Join a high-earning, commission-based role with strong leads, comprehensive training, and uncapped earning potential. Experience in home improvement sales is preferred and travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required; home improvement or remodeling sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales software

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling needs and goals
• Conduct professional in-home consultations and sales presentations
• Create customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each customer’s vision and budget
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
