Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative. You will meet homeowners in their homes, present our products, and close deals with uncapped earnings potential.

All leads are provided; 2-3 pre-qualified appointments per day. W2 employment includes comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match, and top-tier sales training.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments).
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business.
