Signature Bath of Central PA is seeking driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We specialize in premium bathroom remodeling solutions and provide homeowners with beautiful, durable, and low-maintenance bath transformations.

This is not a cold-calling position. We provide pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments, allowing you to focus on building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel across Central Pennsylvania with reliable transportation.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners.
• Listen to customers' goals and help design bathroom remodeling projects.
• Use iPad system to present products and visualize options.
• Educate homeowners on premium bath solutions, warranty, and financing.
• Prepare customized proposals and present pricing.
• Close sales and guide customers through purchasing.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience from consultation to project approval.
• Attend ongoing training to stay current on products.
