Renuity is seeking a Field Sales Representative to meet clients in homes across Oregon, presenting our products and services and driving sales for Kohler-backed upgrades. All appointments are company generated with no cold calling.

First 90 days offer 9% commission on jobs sold; after 90 days, 10% commission. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance. Weekday evenings and Saturdays may be required for in-home consultations. Join a fast-growing national home-improvement leader.

Qualifications

• Previous success with in-home sales (home-improvement experience a plus).
• High professionalism with strong closing skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to connect with various personalities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; access to a laptop or tablet.
• Ability to learn new mobile technology and travel to customers' homes statewide.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet potential clients in their homes, demonstrating products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Complete Kohler-specific sales training.
• Generate repeat business through exceptional customer service.
• Maintain professional interactions and drive to customers' homes across the state.
