Job summary

Renuity seeks a Field Sales Representative to meet with homeowners in their residences, demonstrating our products and delivering detailed estimates. You will use your closing skills and product knowledge to secure installations and build long-term relationships.

The role requires travel to customers’ homes across the state, strong communication, and comfort with presenting complex options. Training is provided, with a focus on Kohler-backed offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous success with in-home sales (home-improvement experience a plus).
• High professionalism with strong closing skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; able to connect with diverse personalities.
• Must have access to a Laptop or Tablet and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
