Job summary

USA Insulation is seeking skilled salespeople to conduct in-home appointments in the Greater Louisville area. You will educate homeowners, handle objections, and aim to close on the first visit. Leads are provided and commissions reward performance.

Roles can be full-time or flexible with a 1099 arrangement. A consistent schedule with morning/afternoon blocks and occasional Saturdays is preferred, and trainees receive product and process training to become an expert.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in homes and closing on the first visit.
• Ability to handle objections and address concerns on the spot.
• Professional demeanor and persistence in follow-up.
• Willingness to work set blocks of time with some weekend days.
