Job summary

Renuity is hiring a Field Sales Representative in Eugene to visit customers at home, present our products and services, and close deals. All appointments are company-generated, with continuous opportunities to work with a national brand Kohler.

You will complete Kohler training, handle estimates and documentation, and aim to build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous success with in-home sales (home-improvement experience a plus).
• High professionalism with outstanding closing skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to connect with diverse personalities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; access to a laptop or tablet.
• Ability to learn new mobile technology and visit customers’ homes across the state.
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete Kohler-specific sales training.
• Meet with potential clients in homes and present products and services (evenings/weekends required).
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates and detailed documentation.
• Develop as a customer service expert to generate repeat business.
