Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation in Phoenix, AZ seeks an In Home Sales - Energy Efficiency professional. You will run in-home estimates for insulation and duct systems, diagnose comfort and airflow issues, and craft clear proposals to educate homeowners and close jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating insulation, HVAC, or duct systems
• Strong understanding of insulation, thermodynamics and ability to learn ductwork and airflow basics
• Good with homeowners - clear, confident, not pushy, professional
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday

Pay:

Commission - Expected Annual Earning $70,000 - $150,000 - Uncapped Earning Potential!
