About the Role

Closets by Design - Cincinnati seeks a motivated, self-driven Designer / Sales Representative for a remote, in-home sales position. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for design, and sales experience. There is significant growth potential in the Northern Kentucky market.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, remote, commission-based role with pre-set appointments (no cold calling). It offers flexibility, a 16-week paid training period, and potential annual earnings between $50,000 and $90,000. Benefits include incentives, bonuses, discounts, health, dental, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales presentations about our mission, services, and products.
• Build customer relationships and understand their needs to customize offerings.
• Collaborate with the Sales Management Team to improve sales skills.
• Create and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide accurate information and answer customer questions.
• Propose and execute plans to expand our customer base.

Requirements

• Experience in design and/or sales roles.
• Comfort discussing budgets and finances with clients.
• Willingness to ask clients for their business.
• Strong communication skills and local market knowledge.
• Eagerness to undergo training and develop into a Sales Professional.
• Customer service aptitude and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
