3 Day Blinds is seeking a results-driven Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, assess needs, and propose custom window treatments. You’ll guide customers through the purchase process, close sales, and manage your own schedule with provided appointments.

We offer four weeks of paid training, uncapped earning potential, and full benefits. No prior design experience is required — you’ll be trained to succeed in a fast-paced in-home sales role across MN territory.

Qualifications

• No design experience required — training is provided.
• Able to travel locally and work in clients' homes.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Develop new business through referrals and networking.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first visit to installation.
