Job summary

A major home improvement company is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its successful team in the home remodeling industry. Design Consultants will go to pre-scheduled appointments to conduct sales presentations and provide homeowners with necessary information for decision-making on gutter protection needs. This position offers an uncapped commission structure with current consultants earning between $80,000 and $220,000, along with performance-based bonuses and a flexible schedule. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Travel to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments.
• Perform product demonstrations during in-home consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process.
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
